Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
4 Boneless skinless chicken Breast
12 Asparagus spears
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 oz of fresh spinach (cooked)
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
4 slices of Provolone Cheese
Directions
•Slice each breast like a pita pocket
•Stuff each Breast with 1 slice of Provolone Cheese, 3-4 spears of Asparagus,
•Mix Block of Cream Cheese and Spinach and stuff 1 tablespoon into pocket/Breast.
•Mix Cream of Mushroom soup with ½ can of water
•Pour the soup mixture over the stuffed Chicken Breast
•Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour depending on the thickness of the Breast.
