Cheesy Hash-Brown Casserole
Ingredients
3 cups sour cream
1 1-oz package Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
6-slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
½ cup sliced scallions
2 cups cheddar cheese
28 oz shredded hash browns, refrigerated or frozen
Directions
•Preheat 400 degrees. ‘grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set aside
•Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning. Crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. And the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly cooled
•Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, until crisp and golden.
•Serve warm.
